ABOUT
Dr. Sarah Otis is a licensed clinical psychologist. She provides psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for a wide range of psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD, learning disability, intellectual disability, autism, giftedness, and emotional/behavioral difficulties. She is passionate about helping others navigate cognitive and/or emotional difficulties by taking a strengths based approach and supporting growth through empirically supported recommendations and treatment. Sarah also provides psychotherapy and utilizes an integrative approach that is scientifically informed and psychodynamically influenced.
Sarah obtained a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with specialized training in neuropsychology, trauma/substance use, and geriatric services during her pre and postdoctoral training.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, with clients being the expert in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced grief (including non-death loss) and since becoming a mother myself, gravitate toward helping women navigate infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
THERAPY
Individual Therapy
I offer therapy sessions to adult individuals over the age of 18.
I am not currently accepting new therapy clients.
Fees
$150 per 50 minute therapy hour. $165 for intake.
Payment is due at time of service via credit card, cash, or check.

Dr. Sarah Otis provides assessments for adolescents and adults (12+ years old) who are seeking professional assistance in understanding their unique cognitive and social/emotional strengths and growth areas.
ASSESSMENTS
Testing and Evaluation
Psychological evaluations begin at $1,200.
(For the purpose of differential diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and/or forensic purposes)
ADHD, autism, learning disability, or comprehensive evaluations start at $1,500. Forensic evaluations are billed at $150 per hour.
(For the purpose of providing recommendations and accommodations at work or academic placement, medication management, guiding treatment, and/or furthering understanding your cognitive strengths and growth areas)

Dr. Sarah Otis only accepts direct payment at this time. However, if you have an insurance policy that covers mental health services, a superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Yes, during times of financial hardship fees are negotiable. Please inquire directly about any availability in reduced fee therapy sessions.

Both in person and telehealth therapy appointments are available. However, testing is only conducted in person at this time.
